The station Verdance went quiet years ago, but its greenhouse ring still turns slowly above the planet, and something inside it is still sending out a faint signal. You have docked at the outer hatch with a borrowed access badge and a few hours of air.

The last gardener, a technician known only as Fern, left a trail of hidden notes for whoever came looking. Each one is written in strange symbols, and together they point toward the one thing she refused to leave behind.
