The Crucible is this same chain as a place you walk through. Each stage is a terminal beside a locked gate, and solving it opens the gate. The maze also hides data fragments with a bonus message you can only get there.
Your progress and score are the same either way, so you can start in one and finish in the other. If you want the maze to be a surprise, start there.
📜 Briefing
The forge has not gone cold in three hundred years, and the smiths who keep it do not write anything down plainly. Their working orders are chalked on the walls, each one locked with a word from the order before.
